What is Exercise?
Exercise is physical activity that is planned, structured and repetitive for the purpose of conditioning any part of the body used to improve health and maintain fitness. Generally you work up a sweat, breath heavy and increase your heart rate during exercise.

Because of the powerful effect CBD has on reducing inflammation, it’s an excellent way to reduce pain that comes with swelling. It’s also great for preventing joint injury during your workout.

Regeneration is a big part of recovery. Getting a good night’s sleep can have a substantial impact on your athletic performance as your muscles recover most during sleep. Although CBD does not have a direct impact on sleep, it does support anxiety-relief. Anxiety can lead to a lack of sleep, therefore, CBD can help you sleep better at night and regenerate your muscles.
